Fees and Financing for Plastic Surgery
Fees
Dr. Capella provides complimentary consultations. Individuals scheduled for a complimentary consultation will be charged $100.00 by credit card if they fail to notify the office the day before if they are unable to make their visit.
Deposit
A deposit is required to reserve a place on the surgery schedule once you have decided upon surgery. The deposit will go towards the total balance for the procedure.
Payment Policy
The balance of the surgical fee is due in full two to three weeks prior to surgery. Your fee will be the figure provided in writing at the time of your consultation, less the amount of the deposit. We accept only the following forms of payment:

- Care Credit Financing
Financing Surgery
You may choose to finance your surgery through your bank or credit union. We can assist you with obtaining a loan through CareCredit.
